Privacy Policy
Cybertegic, Inc. | Effective date: October 14, 2026
Cybertegic, Inc. (“Cybertegic,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, protect, and retain personal information in connection with our website, contact forms, resource downloads, inquiries, and our digital marketing, website development, AI-powered and related services. It also explains your choices regarding email and SMS communications.
1. Scope and Information We Collect
This Policy applies to personal information we collect through cybertegic.com and related Cybertegic forms, landing pages, communications, and services where this Policy is linked. Third-party sites and services may have their own privacy policies.
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following information:
- Contact and business information: name, email address, telephone number, company name, job title, website URL, and other information you provide.
- Inquiry and transaction information: messages, consultation requests, service interests, account or billing-related information, and correspondence.
- Resource and marketing information: resources requested or downloaded, email preferences, and any separate marketing or SMS consent you provide.
- Technical and usage information: IP address, approximate location derived from IP, device, operating system, browser, referring pages, website activity, and cookie or analytics identifiers.
2. How We Use Information
We may use personal information to:
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and business.
- Respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, and provide requested products, services, or resources.
- Send administrative messages, service notices, invoices, or other communications connected with our business relationship.
- Send newsletters, educational material, promotions, or marketing communications where permitted and consistent with your preferences and applicable law.
- Analyze site traffic, measure campaign performance, improve user experience, and understand interest in our services.
- Prevent fraud, enforce agreements, comply with legal obligations, and protect the rights and safety of Cybertegic and others.
3. Email Marketing and Resource Downloads
If you subscribe to our email communications or otherwise provide valid permission for marketing emails, we may send updates about AI, SEO, digital marketing, website development, business growth, webinars, and related Cybertegic offerings. You may unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or by contacting us.
Requesting a whitepaper, guide, or other resource does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing text messages. Where consent is required for promotional email messages, we will request it through an appropriate separate choice.
4. SMS and Text Message Communications
If you separately opt in to receive SMS or MMS messages from Cybertegic, we may send the categories of messages for which you provided consent. Depending on the opt-in selected, these may include non-marketing communications (such as responses to inquiries, consultation or appointment reminders, and service-related updates) and/or marketing communications (such as offers, promotions, or information about Cybertegic services).
Message frequency varies based on your interactions and the messaging program. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out of text messages and HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details below. We will honor opt-out requests in accordance with applicable requirements. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase or use of our services.
Providing a telephone number in a form, requesting a resource, or submitting an inquiry does not automatically enroll you in promotional text messages. Cybertegic seeks specific permission through the applicable opt-in process and uses that permission for the stated messaging purpose. We may maintain records of your consent, including the time, method, and source of opt-in, and your opt-out requests.
5. Mobile Information and SMS Consent: Non-Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, sold to, rented to, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may use contracted service providers acting on our behalf to operate our messaging and customer-support systems, subject to confidentiality and appropriate use restrictions. This operational processing does not authorize those providers to use mobile information or SMS consent for their own marketing. Except as required by law, we do not disclose text messaging originator opt-in data and consent for third-party marketing.
6. When We Share Other Personal Information
We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing. We may disclose information other than SMS opt-in data to service providers that perform functions for us, such as website hosting, customer relationship management (CRM), form processing, email delivery, analytics, security, payment administration, and professional advisory services. Those providers may process information only as needed to perform services for Cybertegic under appropriate arrangements.
We may also disclose information where required by law or legal process, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a legitimate business reorganization or sale, subject to applicable legal requirements. The SMS restrictions in Section 5 continue to apply to messaging consent and mobile information.
7. Cookies, Analytics, and Online Advertising
Our website may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to maintain website functionality, understand traffic and visitor interactions, assess advertising effectiveness, and provide or measure relevant advertising. Depending on our implementation, these technologies may involve analytics and advertising providers, including Google Analytics and Google Ads.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings and, where offered on our website, through cookie preference controls. Restricting cookies may affect some site functionality. Certain advertising providers offer additional opt-out choices through their own settings. Where applicable law requires notice, consent, or an opt-out mechanism for particular tracking practices, we will provide it.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. No internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing services, responding to inquiries, maintaining business and consent records, meeting legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. Retention periods vary by information type and relevant legal or operational needs. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it as appropriate, subject to legal preservation requirements.
10. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
You may ask us to update contact details, stop marketing emails, or stop marketing text messages. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link. To stop texts, reply STOP to a Cybertegic message or contact us.
Depending on where you reside and whether relevant privacy legislation applies to Cybertegic, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to opt out of certain uses or disclosures. We will review and respond to verified requests as required by applicable law. We may need to confirm your identity before fulfilling certain requests, and legal exceptions may apply.
11. California Privacy Notice
California residents may have privacy rights under applicable California law. Where the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), applies to Cybertegic, covered individuals may have rights regarding access, correction, deletion, certain disclosures, and opting out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, subject to statutory limitations. We will provide any additional required notices or mechanisms where applicable.
Cybertegic does not describe SMS consent as transferable or available for resale. Our website advertising and tracking configurations must be assessed separately to determine whether any additional California opt-out or notice requirements apply. To make a privacy request, contact us at the address or phone number below.
12. International Visitors
Cybertegic primarily markets its website and services to individuals and businesses in the United States. If you access our website from outside the United States, information you provide may be processed in the United States or other places where our service providers operate, subject to applicable data-protection requirements. Additional rights or disclosures may apply depending on your location and our activities.
13. Third-Party Websites
Our website may link to websites and platforms not controlled by Cybertegic. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of those third parties. Please review their policies before providing information.
14. Children’s Privacy
Our website and business services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our website. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us so we can review the matter and take appropriate action.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
