The Client
Chang & Coté has served clients throughout California, the United States, and the Pacific Rim for over 25 years from its base in Southern California. Centrally located near the City of Industry, they are a full-service law firm equipped to address the needs of any business clientele.
Challenges
The first challenge was the concern about losing out on leads that may be visiting their website only to see an error page because the website is down.
The second challenge was the timeframe that the client requested for the website to be completed. We were tasked to build not only the English website but also the Chinese website at the same time in 2/3rds the normal time required.
The Solution
The first step was to put up a very simple temporary page with all the client’s contact information so that visitors may be directed to other channels of communication with the client. This was implemented within a day or two to address the urgent need.
The second challenge was met under good conditions because the client had all the text and images ready to go. With our systematic communication and project planning in place, we were able to maintain efficiency and expedite the process of completing both websites.
Achieved Results
Cybertegic successfully implemented a temporary page to address the urgent need of visitors during the website downtime. Additionally, the project was completed within the client’s requested timeframe, with both the English and Chinese websites developed simultaneously.
The end result was a luxurious website that met the client’s satisfaction, providing a professional online presence and preventing potential lead loss due to website errors.
Going Beyond
After the successful website launch, we continued to advise the client and stand by for any future requests or updates. Should their team expand, we will also train them to maintain and add content to the website on their own.
