Product pages are also important components of SEO. Local businesses should attract online visitors through their product/service pages. For example, construction/painting/landscaping contractors should put up photos of their past jobs to show clients of what they are capable of. Retail stores can display photos of products offered in their stores. Include a short description and price, if available, so visitors can have an idea of the price range you offer. Keep in mind that to gain a few leads, practice SEO by incorporating primary and secondary keywords in the description.
For online shoppers to reach you, a “Contact Us” page should also be part of your internet marketing website. Share contact information such as the physical address of your store (if you have one), phone number, email address, hours of operation, a map, and directions to your vicinity. This is a must for local businesses because the target markets are consumers in surrounding areas. Should customers need to fill out a form to contact you, assure them that all information will remain private and will not be used for marketing purposes.
Local businesses can also put up a promotional/coupon page, testimonials page, or news/updates page but setting up these first pages should be the first steps in having a successful SEO website.
